Nature of the Service
Consultations provide astrological and palmistry-based guidance according to classical Vedic method. They are offered as advisory guidance, not as a guarantee of any specific outcome. See our Disclaimer for full detail.
Booking & Payment
Consultation fees and payment method are confirmed directly at the time of booking, before the consultation begins. Fees for a completed consultation are not refundable, except where the consultation could not be delivered due to our own error.
Accuracy of Information Provided
The accuracy of a reading depends significantly on the accuracy of the birth date, time and place you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from incorrect or incomplete birth details supplied by the client.
Remedies
Any remedies suggested — gemstones, mantras, rituals or otherwise — are recommendations based on the chart presented, and their adoption is entirely the client's choice and responsibility.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer the slot to another client and find you a new time.
